Going blind - HELP!

Working on a tiny 15 inch screen lap top for 8 hours, 5 days a week....I think I am going blind soon. Already, my colleague has gone from perfect sight to squinting at the screen going "where is that darn icon?" It doesn't help...

McMuffin lolz just get a bigger laptop or you can decrease the screen resolution.
