What bait to use on a fishing trip?

My brother invited me on a fishing trip, but I’m not sure what to take with. He will take a rod etc. for me, but does anyone have good advice on bait for carp fishing?

Mike Eloff You can never go wrong with boilies, they are definitely a must have. Then you can also look at artificial baits, pellets, boilie flavorings, Feedstim XP Liquid Food and different powders. Those will be your essentials if you really want to catch some fish....

Mike Eloff How about something like a garage sale, get all the family and friends involved in sponsoring things around the house they don't need anymore and ask them as well to spread the word and have a big garage sale.
