Hi all, I have been sick for past 4 years. I weighed about 180 then, and I found out I had Gastroparesis (delayed emptying of the stomach) and IBS-D. I recently did some research online, and found out that I am considered obese....

Monkeh Stop eating so much. Being obese sounds bad. Now imagine how yourself being that word. That should do it. Make a lifestyle change.
