Hi, let's talk about the best and worst things that happened to us today, today i was with the girl i like and then she fell and pulled my pants off, it was really embarasing and i can't forget that.

Haiti, Turkey, Chile, which is the next? i do not think 2012 has anything to do with it myself, however i did hear that the earth axis did shift and it is causing lots of problems.

Do you eat enough protein? I think is almost impossible

Hi guys, the best amount of protein that someone needs is close to 100 grams, but do you eat enough protein? have you seen all you gotta eat for getting this protein, i eat like 3 milkshakes and 2 glasses of whey protein everyday...

I'm not pretty religious at all and i think that after death there's nothing, that's why you have to enjoy life, but sometimes I doubt about the existence of God and I need someone to tell he's opinion. I think this an ideal place...
