MsAmazinggggg There are also positions in the church that one can assume. For example, the deacon of a Catholic Church can be married. They are just as devoted to the religion but they do not have to be celibate like priests do.

MsAmazinggggg Your welcome. As far as the renter destroying it, you should ask for a deposit. Here in Miami, when renting almost all places ask for the first months rent & a deposit of the equal amount when first moving in. This way, in case they mess anything up at the end...
