Neraasen Thank you for the herb information for pain. My mom, who reached her 90th birthday this year, is a great believer in herbs. The pain clinic did help me about 4 years ago but we will see this time.

I love Shania's looks, she is great. Although she has a great body and looks, she appears to be friendly and not a snob. Anyone else think so?
