Anita I am so sorry, how about you try walking 2 kilometers and then build your momentum as your legs get strong. Chose a train that is easy to walk on as well.

Anita That was me a couple of months ago. Try putting music and then sit with your legs crisscrossed it should keep you awake. secondly do not mediate in the bedroom or on your bed it will make you fall asleep. I wish you well
