Anyone use Elance? I heard that many people seem to have issues with Elance. So I'm not sure if it's a good place to get jobs because Elance seem to charge people randomly.

TrinityDownpour @Onyxe121 I used People Per Hour. If you want my honest opinion about it then I say that they have the stupidest payment system ever. They didn't even explain clearly on how the freelancers get paid. So when I sent the wrong invoice and the client accepts it...
