TheCatLady I only rate someone negative if they are a troll, rude, racist, or condone evil or bad behavior. Evil people deserve it. I will rate people positive if he response is polite and well thought out, even if I personally disagree with them. I don't have to...

purplealabaster I do not rate everyone, but when I rate I usually only rate positively. I have only ever negatively rated once, and the comment was deleted for being abusive, so I am not sure whether or not the rating counted. We are only allowed to rate a person eleven times...
