you should check that how much it pays per click. If it pays till 0.02$ per click than it could be legit but anything above it is actually 100% bogus Than you should check whois domain if it is private than it is something bad...

PTCinvestigations It is a scam. I have just added it to our scam list. Also it is connected to TenDollarClick, another scam. Stay away from both.

PTCinvestigations Now they say they are not going to sell the site. I guess after everyone started to complain they changed their mind. Not sure it is wise to try to be sneaky and sell the site without telling your investors about it.
