Pallavipavan I agree with you. I do Yoga and I too suffer from headaches, but ever since I have started to do Yoga it helped me relax. There is one "Asana" called as "Pranayam" which is one of the breathing techniques. I suggest please take a profession help of an Yoga...

Pallavipavan The best thing I like about Yahoo messenger is I can change my status whenever I like. I usually sign in "invisible mode" whenever I don't have too much time to chat and another thing which I like is getting alerts about a new mail while signed in to Yahoo...
