PanosAn safe mode starts only the basic programs of your pc. Also it does not allow any network to connect. Its purpose is to usually clean up the mess of some virus/bug or to make backup for a potential format

Well,I would like to know opinions from everyone here as I'm not really satisfied with ISP in my country.Really bad service plus bandwidth provided are really low.

PanosAn Bah, ISPs in Greece are not reliable.. You have to be located in a very central point of certain cities to get (clean) speed of more than 7Mbps
