patsie i agree! benni has been surprising us for about 15 years. poor thing is getting old now. her eyes are glassy. she has arthritis. she doesn't hear very well anymore.

How Many Times A Day Do You Eat?

I eat fruit for breakfast. I eat food my first meal after 12 noon, then I'll have my dinner later.

patsie i think it's best to eat several small meals a day. this keeps your blood-sugar levels even and you won't get too hungry or have those 'droopy' episodes. i keep to having something every 2 hours or so. works for me.
