Kumquats- How do you eat them?

I personally love to eat the fruit in its entirety. Yes rine, pits all. Now I thought that is the way you eat them. If not then how? Also does anyone know of any recipees using this fruit?

ctais_phoenix Is there someone who eats them without skin? Their skin is hard to remove. So I eat them entirely too.
