How do I teach my baby no?

My baby is nine months and is getting into evrything. I know he knows what no means but he just wont listen. My parents told me I should smack him on the hand to teach him. What do you think? What do you do to teach your baby no?

Need help with stranger anxiety

My baby is nine months old and has the worst case of stranger anxiety. He wont let anybody else hold him except for me or his father. He wont even let his grandmother hold him. He has been like this since he was four months old....
