When the say upgrade I am thinking money, like some of those other sites that offer you to upgrade? My lot community is getting over 100,00 people almost. What do you think they mean when they say they are going to upgrade it. I...

Phinsy It simpily means that the the no of members are increasing ......... No i dont think if its getting upgraded it gonna be charged .. it only means more provisions will be shorty introduced
