As I read from some research paper said that it is good for our health to drink 8 cups of water per day(normal adult),for the people who stay outside the room,say the physical worker like that needs more.I normally drink more than...

Pr1m47Scr34m80 It depend on how much you weight.. I normally drink like 8-10 per drink everyday. Of course it's good idea not to drink alot of water when it's about your bedtime or otherwise you have to get up in midnight more often to go restroom. LOL
