Prima641 I also think that there is no other carbohydrate-producing material as well as rice.hmm What do you think if you eat other sources of carbohydrate such as bread with meat and vegetable or wheat can make you satisfied?For me it was just filling for a momment ,,...

Prima641 Yes, we also eat rice at least 3 times a day just like you.Maybe i don;t think creatively like you. You have given me advise to mix rice with variety of other materials so that's not boring for meal. Thanks for your advice Levite=).
