Why is my computer shutdown after a while(boot page) by itself..?

Hi, friend my computer encounter a problem when i start my computer and when it reach to booting page it suddenly shutdown and restart again and this process going on..So what should i do..?

Profscv ok I misread I thought you weren't making it to the OS so it's not a bios problem.
