Why do you have to have experience to get a job? This makes it hard to get a job if you've never had one.

Ken That is why high minimum wage requirements are job killers because the more an employer is forced to pay, the more experience and productivity a new hire must have to make it worth the investment. No one gets hired if they don't earn their pay.
