What is the best laptop I can buy?

I always had Dell lap tops, I want to try something else. The one I have is almost dead and I had it for 4 years. Can someone suggest something cheap, I would love to hear from you. Thank you in advance for your time.

PutraZ85 I also thinking about buying a new laptop since the one that I use now has already 5 years old...so we're in the same condition...but in buying new laptop...I want to give you a little advise..don't ask for something cheap...that's the second thing..but...
