gerald_lian As far as I am concerned, you can still send and receive money even though you are not verified. Just as long as you link your bank account with Alertpay you should be able to transfer money in and out of your Alertpay account. The verification process is...

lilybug I have been a member for almost a year. I have made payout once and I am working toward another payout. Without referrals it does take forever to make payout. By the way, payout is $25 not $20.
