Do you flip your pillow?

I have always flipped my pillow while trying to fall asleep. The purpose of doing so is that the opposite side of the pillow is always colder and feels better to lay on. My mom also flips her pillow. Do you guys do it?

RickyJRH yes sir, i flip the pellow. like the say, cool like the other side of the pellow.
