I have tried many times to find true article writing sites that actually pay based on your article and you do not have to bid on these jobs. It is rather daunting to keep applying to sites and not be able to receive a writing job...

RileySircher Androit, When you sign up with InfoBarrel, they help you get an Adsense account. There is a tutorial article on how to do it and the Admins there are very helpful.

RileySircher Sorry for the typos, my "o" key is sticky. I also wanted to mention Constant Content. They don't pay upfront, but you can set your price and the rights to the articles. Your work does go through an editing process before it is posted for sale. Good luck.
