Rite17 Thanks, have been doing little movements to keep muscles moving and taken more pills to ease the pain and it is finally starting to feel better. At the end of the day after a hard day at work.. it starts to ease once I get home for the night! lol

Who here is taking up Business Training, or any sort of training to aid their business. Whether it be an online business or writing for others. I am thinking of taking some course maybe but unsure what right now.. Ideas?

Even though it is Sunday, I am more than eager to get working on things. My head full of ideas and my bank account empty! Which is slightly frustrating really. But I do have plans to rectify that. Fingers crossed.

Rite17 I have no idea really. Could well do with some research on it. Right now I am just working in little tasks I set myself every day and growing my business views. Even though I have run my business for a few years, I still feel like a novice.

Rite17 @kevin1877uk Can also be helpful if you are not near your laptop, can post on there straight away from your phone and always can copy and add to your main site after. One thing I am always doing.
