Photo is very important in a special occasion. IT CAPTURED THE MOMENT. But what if the photographer you hired for your weeding is late? This happen to one of my friend, but he is the photographer. So he get suspended for a week...

RobTidwell I think moonchild is right. You only sue as a last resort. He'd probably try and make it up to you. Happy customers are important.
