I love to exercise,dance, clean,cook, listen to music these are some of the things I do that relaxes me.I Know other people take a long bath,read,and sleep to relax .

I wonder how many people exercise all it takes is 10 minutes a day you be surprise how good you look and feel inside.

jaishankar @Rolonzoman I do yoga,pushup and setups everyday in the morning.In evening I go out for long walk and cover 5-7 kms.I think,that's enough.

Some people's families are close and some are not.Mine is not close at all.Where more like strangers. I love them though.
