why do people do these things at retail stores???

So I work for a major retail company, and some of the things that I see people just amazes me! Do they not know what the employees of these stores have to do at the end of the night, or do they just not care?? Like I said, I work...

STARMST I feel your pain, and I work for wal-mart, I actually work in Mens apparel, and it upsets me when customers open the packages in the mens underwear and sock section...i don't understand Y either!!!! It's hard putting the socks and underwear back in the pack,...
