Sanziana I had the same problem some time ago...now it's better, since I practice (when I have time)meditation. A few minutes a day, especially before going to sleep. Sometimes it makes miracles, or at least I feel much better. It is good for inner peace.

Sanziana Hi, and thx for your response. Well, I guess a great idea is that you CARE and try to change the way some things happen. For those who are abused in their childhood should be somebody, I don't know, an organization capable of taking responsabilty for them....
