When you slept your lamp ON or OFF ?

I always turn off my lamp . Because I can't sleep with the light. It's make my eyes sick and then I fell so hot .. and I ever read article that slept in the dark it's better , make your skin healthy

In my country INDONESIA mostly like spicy food .. moreover teenagers like spicy food .. they will look for spicy food .. usually one plant can be 10 chilies .the name spicy food like gosh noodle .bom noodle ... but I want...

Which one Better live in city or village?

Live in city we musnt go far from house to mall . If We need someting erlier to get it Live in village . Cozy for air still fresh . Many beautifull places
