I would like to know if anyone has any goos gluten free ideas. I was told I had to stop eating gluten and I'm tired of steamed chicken and rice. Any ideas would be great. I really don't know how to go about looking for it, or what...

Simonds85 It's pretty easy once you figure out the basics - although it doe require you to do a little more label reading (You'd be surprised how many pre-packaged foods contain gluten in some form!! The easiest way to go about it is anything natural is safe EXCEPT...
