can a limit switch wire two different voltage level?

i have a limit switch with both normally open and normally close contacts. is this way ok if i wire the NO contact to the circuit with AC 220V and the NC contact to the circuit with DC 24V?

should i have a talk with my boss about my bonous?

recently,i received my bonous of this year, and i'm not satistify at my bonous. i wonder if it is good to talk to my boss when the finance is depressed.
