Sonja17279 That really helps a lot. I am in the same situation with my weight. I have put on like 20 plus pounds just since I moved here to Florida. I keep trying to diet, and then the depression hits again. Thanks for your advice....

Sonja17279 My depression is definitely not PPD...my youngest is almost 2. Sometimes I feel like I have it under control, but with things in life going the way they have been, I seem to have more bad days than good. It's just the usual, no money, when u seem to need it...

Sonja17279 Thanks...I'll definitely have to try that.. I just don't want to risk being put on medication and then losing it again. THat is one struggle I don't want to face again...
