When you wake up late in the morning like at noon will you eat breakfast or do you just eat lunch instaid? I dont like skipping breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day. So i always make sure that i eat breakfast...

Sparkythemonkey If I wake up late morning i.e. 11am I tend to eat a small breakfast and wait an hour or so before having lunch.. i never miss breakfast though
