What's your diet and what do u eat to lose weight?My diet doesn't work...

Well,I'm a little bit confused because I'm on diet.I've been eating fruits,veggies,tofu,all kind of healthy food (no meat nor bread)for the last couple of months, and I just dropped 2 pounds,I believe.I wonder if I really have to...

Splashback5 Well you obviously need to learn something about weight loss... If you have no weight to lose DON'T starve yourself You should really just eat normally... Meat is good for you
