Stolentimes Well,I have managed more than 250 referrals.Online forums will help you to get referrals.But It would be best if you have a blog. Decribe your offer on your blog and then invite people on it.

Stolentimes Yes, there are some sites that pay for sharing pics or videos. But the PAY is so tiny that I would not recommed you.
