The weather in which I work is very hot, sometimes up to not stand. bath there to four times a day.

Sunardi I agree,because discipline at the start of yourself first, and then apply to a person.in my own work has not felt the discipline,Because than people can tell the boss has not been able to impose discipline on the pat itself much less staff.
