Surfnexus Not for PTC sites Per say but i choos about 5-6 traffic exchanges to upgrade in and surf about an hour or 2 a day

Surfnexus Don't bother with ptc for advertisment purposes stick with traffic exchanges and safelists also PTR email campaigns work well also
