I am feeling sleepy?

How many of you always feel sleepy at any time of the day, i can sleep at any given, i just need to a comfortable place and even if there is a lot of disturbance around me i can sleep, how many of you can sleep easily?

SwissMissMama I find it helpful to have a set bedtime each night. That way my body is used to falling asleep then and it happens rather quickly.

What are your thoughts on the month of November? Past, present and even future! Thoughts, maybe something from your childhood etc. I have two to start you off... Have just been out in the carpark for a firework/bonfire...
