How can i stay in usa forever ?

In my country, there is an exchange program that allows winners to study and stay in USA for 2 years. if i win and come to us to study, are there any ways i can stay there forever / (i don't have relatives or friends in Us).

He already has paid a huge amount (All the respect he got, 3 months in prison, huge amount as fine and probably his confidence and form)i know ther were cricketers who are still facing a life ban but they alreday had achieved so...
