Teshia lovedude is correct. The most likely problem is a hardware issue. Sometimes when I take my computer on vacation the RAM will come loose or the video card will come loose. If it's a PC simply open it up, turn off your power box (and make sure its unplugged!)...

Teshia My roommate had this very same issue. She got the special edition and tried installing it, but whenever she tries to play it crashes... come to find out her processor is too old.
