A while ago i got some bags under my eyes and I couldnt get rid of em. I tried using ice cucumbers and im not sure if its just me not getting enough rest. I tried resting more but i guess i havnt done it enough. Can somone please...

TheCheeseyGamer Well i ussualy sleep at about 10:30-12:30 and wake up at about 7:30 for school which is about 7-9 hours. Im not sure if its that i look at to many electronics a day.
