Tiger695 I think if you are 30 years old, you should not be playing Pokemon. The game itself has been around for quite sometime now though.

Tiger695 Boxing is a great exercise to take up for conditioning. I suggest taking up Judo or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu if you can to get quality condition with a Grappling Martial Art.
