Any connection between Paypal and Paisapay

I want to buy something from ebay and I have my account in Paypal but ebay tells to pay through paisapay. Is there any connection between these two and how can I shop in ebay with my paypal account? Please help me out.

Timewarpone I can't believe Paisapay asks for a payment through a Bank Wire Transfer. Credit or Debit card OK But NEVER EVER USE A WIRE TRANSFER TO PAY FOR ANYTHING OVER THE INTERNET, ESPECIALLY ANOTHER COUNTRY. CALL YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION AND ASK WHAT THEY RECOMMEND....
