Do you feel guilty spending time away from your children?

Do you ever feel guilty if you don't want to hang out with your children 24/7? Like you want to have some personal time? I sometimes won't go workout because I feel guilty leaving my son and husband, so I end up staying up way too...

Trisha01 I feel the same way. I am always with my kids. The only time I seem to get away is when I go grocery shopping. I am usually trying to rush through the store to get back home to the kids.
