Tsakros I think most of these sites are available to Canada too. Most of the sites that are available outside US are allowed to Canada as i know. I am looking for worldwide sites in my original post so there you get check them out.

Tsakros Hehe the reason is that Cyprus universities can't host all of us so we are forced to leave. Thanks i will check it..

A thing i noticed recently is that some times even if i have friends and lots of them i must say i get the feeling that i am alone...i mean i feel lonely! Even if you get online and chat with people and friends this feeling exist....

Tsakros yeah this is for sure...i mean we have to get this feeling out. I do speak with friends and relatives but you are right...the feeling is still there! I think we have, as u mention, to find something different to do to to clear our minds! Thanks and have a good...

Tsakros Yes i agree with this! No reason to be ashamed of...These groups help people and is nothing bad in that and also is very good to accept you have a problem than pretending you don't!

Tsakros I am from Cyprus but currently i am in Budapest, Hungary for studies...trying to get a degree! so i need worldwide sites...and when it comes to referrals i find it hard to get some!:((
