Is whole grain pasta better then the regular pasta looking for healthy ways to eat for my family.

Lenore Plassman @TyTooEast There are directions on the package on how to cook the pasta. Good, boiling water for sure. Maybe a little longer than the white stuff. I always do a taste test as I cook.
