I'm a bit short at the moment of money despite the fact that i work full time. I'd love to go on holiday for a week somewhere hot but how can i without getting into debt?

I sleep the day away when i get the chance. My job is stressful but not tireing but as soon as i sit down i normally fall asleep...

Vikkie does excersising make you more tired or less? I mean phsically it should tire you out but the activity could wake me up mentally...or would the adrenilin keep me alert

Vikkie It could just be stress i guess form what you have said. i just have a lot on my plate at the moment...driving lessons, colledge, full time work and bills to pay...Whats stressful in your life. I think that some medical advice might do the trick thanx
