Are game shows entertaining to watch?

I seen a lot of game shows such as "Deal or no Deal", "The Apprentice" and "Gladiator". But sometimes there are boring ones such as "Password" and "The Japanese Game Show". What do you prefer to watch? Are they entertaining?
