How to change vista into XP?

I bought a DELL last year ,and it is vista ,but it is so slow and unconvenient ,I want to change it to XP,but maybe this will do harm to my computer,how can I solve this problem?

VistaSucks Thats what You think. THere is a lot of downsides for Vista. Some programs need Windows XP to function. I personally think that Vista sucks.
